Once the carpet is completely dry, contact Ezenty within 24 hours if any treated area does not reasonably meet the result agreed upon before service.
We will review the concern, inspect the affected area when necessary and, when appropriate, provide one corrective visit at no additional charge.
Professional cleaning can significantly improve many conditions, but some stains, odors, wear patterns, discoloration and pre-existing damage may be permanent or may originate beneath the carpet surface.
The Ezenty Satisfaction Promise applies to the areas and services specifically included in the confirmed appointment.
The customer must allow the treated carpet to dry completely before evaluating the final result.
Any concern must be reported within 24 hours after the carpet is fully dry.
Ezenty may request photographs, service details or access to inspect the affected area before determining whether corrective service is appropriate.
When Ezenty determines that a treated area did not reasonably meet the result agreed upon before service, one corrective visit may be provided at no additional charge.
The corrective visit is limited to the originally treated area and does not include new work, additional rooms, unrelated stains, new contamination or services that were not part of the original appointment.

We select professional products according to the surface and the condition being treated and follow the manufacturer's instructions for use. Children and pets should remain away from the work area during service and until the carpet is dry and the area is ready for normal use.
Yes. All carpeted areas included in the appointment must be vacuumed before our arrival. Personal belongings and small furniture should also be removed so the scheduled areas remain clear and accessible.
No. The package includes general odor control, but deep pet odors, urine contamination and conditions that may extend into the padding or subfloor require inspection and separate pricing.
The $179 package covers three carpeted rooms and one hallway up to 450 total square feet. Additional square footage, rooms, hallways or stairs are quoted separately and must be authorized before the work begins.

Customers should remove personal belongings and small furniture before the appointment. Furniture with a base resting directly on the floor may remain in place when moving it could interfere with proper drying or create a risk of moisture-related damage. Any limitations will be explained before service.
No professional company can responsibly guarantee removal of every stain or odor. Results depend on the substance, how long it has been present, prior cleaning attempts, fiber condition and whether contamination extends below the carpet. We explain reasonable expectations before authorized work begins.
