You see the results before making any decision.
No preparation needed. Just give us access to the areas you'd like us to assess. We bring our own equipment, chemicals, and everything required to conduct the evaluation and demo.
It depends on the size of the property and the number of areas you want us to evaluate. Typically between 60 and 90 minutes for the assessment and demo combined.
There is no catch. We offer the free demo because we're confident in what you'll see. If after the visit you decide Ezenty ProCare isn't the right fit, we part ways with no pressure and no invoice. Our goal is to earn your trust before asking for your signature.

Spot Master 360™ is an exclusive advisory program developed in-house by Ezenty ProCare. It trains and guides your housekeeping team on how to correctly identify and treat different types of stains on different surfaces, preventing the damage that comes from using the wrong product or technique. No other provider offers this program.
Yes. Our technicians arrive fully equipped. You don't need to provide any materials, machines, or products. Everything is included in the service.
Absolutely. We design our visit schedule around your operations, not the other way around. Whether you need early morning, late night, or split-shift service, we adapt to minimize disruption to your guests and staff.
Under contract, the visit is included at no extra cost. The scope covers floors, upholstery, and odor control in areas defined during your initial assessment. The specific areas can be adjusted based on seasonal needs or operational priorities.
Every program is priced based on your property's specific needs, surface types, square footage, frequency of service, and the level of care required. We don't offer generic packages because no two properties are the same. Pricing is discussed after the initial assessment, once we understand exactly what your property needs.

Ezenty Pro Care has been operating for 8 years, exclusively focused on floor and surface care for hospitality and commercial environments in Tennessee and Georgia.
We work with both. Our programs are designed to meet the brand standards of mid-scale and high-scale hotel chains, and we also serve independent boutique hotels and resorts that require a more personalized approach.
